Art Exhibition & Competition Prospectus
"You can’t sit around and wait for somebody to say who you are. You need to write it and paint it and do it” - Faith Ringgold
Contemporary Art Gallery Online is proud to announce its 11th Annual “ALL Cityscape” Theme Online Art Competition for 2026. Help us celebrate the greatness, strength, beauty, and talent of women by joining our competition and exhibition.
Contemporary Art Gallery Online encourages entries from all 2D and 3D artists regardless of their experience and/or education in the art field or where they may reside. This is an international competition, and everyone is encouraged to participate. A group exhibition of all entrants will be held online at the Contemporary Art Gallery Online for four weeks after the competition closes.
Artists should submit their best representational and non-representational art related to the "Cityscape" theme. The “Cityscape” theme is considered to be any art that depicts cities, towns, urban scenes, and any related metropolitan subjects. Here is the link to one of our favorite Cityscape EXHIBITIONS, so as to better demonstrate this month's theme.
This competition will be judged within three categories: Paintings/Drawings, Photography/Digital Art, Mixed Media, and 3 Dimensional Work. Computer-enhanced or AI-created art must be disclosed and will not be eligible for the Paintings/Drawing category. Awards will be given to the top 6 to 8 works selected in each category (depending on the number of submissions), including Best in Show, Judges’ Choice, and Gallery Choice. Additional awards will also be presented, depending on the number and the quality of all submissions received. Award-winning artists will be included in a group show both online and in the Ramsey Art Gallery located in the Historic District of Hollins Market, located in Baltimore, Maryland.
We are excited to see your art!
